First pic is before second is now. I noticed he keeps his top fins closed when he stops swimming, but in a video I have of him right after I got him they’re more splayed out like a fan. Is something wrong? I did an in fish cycle and all of the parameters are fine. I’m worried

Adding that he seems happy and loves to eat his food. He also gets excited when I come by the tank and interacts with me

In the second photo, his eye looks cloudy. Is his eye OK?
I think it’s just a resting position?
