Is the hook to small or is it ok I personally think it’s to small so what size hook for a 15cm bait

Should be fine, fish in general, go after the head. Its why those silly 20″ plus worms work.

Unless that plastic is soft af, which I’m guessing is not, definitely too small! Looks like it comes pre-rigged too which is weird. Usually those type of baits are dialed with the appropriate size hook.
