I was originally just going to get the orvis clear water but seeing this 200$ off is it worth the 100$ more then the Clearwater? Been fishing for 10 years and finally need a upgrade

New model is out, that’s why they are on sale, trident fly fishing on YouTube compares the new to old model if you are interested. I have a couple clearwaters and a Aetos , all really good rods

Yeah, that’s a good price. It’s on sale because there’s a new model and they’re clearing out the old ones. (Which doesn’t make the old ones bad. This is a very nice midrange USA made rod.)
