This is my female betta Mary
I've noticed her fins are pineconing. Is this dropsy?
She is still swimming around like normal and eating.
She's in a 70l planted tank with some shrimp and neon tetras

DEFINETELY dropsy
It looks like dropsy… you can try and reverse it with pure (no fragrances) Epsom salt baths (1tbsp/1gal) twice a day (12 hours apart) for 10 minutes then do half salt bath/half fresh water for 2-5 minutes to get the salt off, then put her back in her tank/hospital tank
There’s no guarantee it’ll work, and dropsy can always come back, but I wish you luck. Just be prepared to lose her 🫂
