Okay, so I grabbed the wrong food and turns out he's been eating a lot of treats. what are you feeding your babies and giving enrichment with? I want him to be happy!

Fluval Bug Bites are good, sometimes you have to crush them if they seem too big.
Did you add beneficial bacteria? I see your tank is still cycling given those bubbles on the side. With one betta the bioload won’t be too much, so just keep testing the water to make sure it’s okay for him.
I do bug bites regularly, brine shrimp occasionally and a freeze dried blood work as a treat (literally ONE) maybe 1-2x a week.
daphnia also every 1-2 weeks or if she is extra full of eggs to help her keep her digestion smooth.
