I’m looking for advice and pictures for inspiration.
I have a watermaster and absolutely love it. I do not love inflating and deflating it every time I use it, though, so I want to get a trailer. Unfortunately, I almost exclusively fish alone (working on changing that, but no dice), so I use an e-bike on a hitch rack to shuttle myself for a float. This means I set up the raft at the put in, go park the truck at take out, ride the bike back to the raft, float to the truck, then scoop the bike on the way out.
My questions:
1) Does anyone else use a trailer for a system like this? Pics or advice pls
2) Does anyone have a trailer that could fit a ~9’ raft and an ebike? Again, pics or advice pls
3) Is there anything specific I should look for when buying a trailer for a raft? Any tips, tricks, or lessons learned would be much appreciated.
4) For bonus points, does anyone have a trailer that could fit a ~13’ raft (the next raft I’ll get) and an ebike? I’d love to buy once cry once, if possible.
I’m thinking a 7’ x 14’ utility trailer is probably my best bet, but want to hear people’s thoughts. Thank you all for the time and help!
