I’ve been a professional photographer for over 11 years and also an avid fly fisherman. I’ve been toying around with the idea of combining the two things I love and turning into a career. My thoughts? Offer professional photography for those on fly fishing trips. I’d pay for my travel and charge a minimum and a per day fee. The clients would end up with top tier photos and videography to use as a catalog for their trip and or work with those that are influencers in the industry for social media, branding etc. Is there anyone in here that 1. Would have any interest in something like this and 2. Is there anyone in here already offering services similar to this? Would love to chat with anyone who has ideas. I could also see fly fishing lodges offering à la cart services like this as well. I could also see fly fishing shops or guide services needing branded images and video as well. Love to hear feedback on the idea. Photo #1 from my solo trip to S. Platte, Dream Stream in CO in early October last year. The other just me doing what I love.

I bring out my camera when I go fly fishing, it’s fun. The spring time is cool catching the fish swimming up stream to spawn. Utah has some good photo opportunities
