So I’ve had a pair of GBR and Apisto Cacutoides for quite some time. I recently moved to a new place and the tap water is pretty hard, PH is around 7.8 – 8.0. All of my fish seem to have adapted well to the new water parameters, very colorful and healthy, I do water changes weekly. However, I haven’t had any successful spawns from either of my cichlid pairs yet, it’s been about 2 months since we moved. Anyone have any luck with spawns in harder water? Or do I need to go the R.O route?
