I had a massive diatom outbreak on all my rocks and plant leaves covering them severely.
I put 3 Otocinclus in 3 days ago and the almost all the leaves are spotless of diatoms and the glass is clean.
What amazing and CUTE little cleaners!!!! I can’t believe how well they clean up diatoms.
I have a 20G tall with 5 zebras, 5 neons, and a dwarf gourami. They have totally cleaned up shop.
So awesome. 👏

Tank looks very new, now that they’ve cleaned it up make sure you’re providing food for them so they don’t starve. Easiest thing to start with is blanched zucchini, green beans and cucumber. Repashy soilent green is great too. You may have luck with algae wafers as well.
Make sure they have lots to eat going forward! They are so cute
