Going fishing in the morning here in South Florida. Should I set my expectations pretty low?

Just because the air temp is lower doesn’t mean the water temp is if it hasn’t been cold for an extended period of time. I went out in 17 degree wind chill in TX the other day. I was cold as shit but the water was still around 56-58 degrees.
