My partner is minding my betta for me, and randomly sent me a video this AM of some kind of worm? Is this some kind of parasite or a sign of a healthy tank? I recently bought some Anubais so maybe it came from that? I’ve multiple tanks and never ever seen this in my 5 years of fish keeping

It looks like nematode worm, because its a little longer than detritus worm, as much as I know considered harmless, sign of over feeding.
