I noticed today I was missing a tetra and found one stuck between my glass and intake strainer sponge. When I got him out I saw he had ripped his fin out and had some scars from what I assume trying to swim away. Hes able to swim and eat well but I worry he will get an infection or get picked on by my other fish. What can I do to help him? How can I help him grow his fin back? Sorry for the bad pictures, this is the best I could get.

I would definitely separate him if you’re able. In a hospital tank, I would use aquarium salt, broad spectrum antibiotic (such as kanaplex) and melafix. While they prefer larger groups, if someone in the tank would pick on him, then it should be less stressful to be alone until he heals a bit
