is it 3D printed? idk much about that but i’d assume the clarification might help with someone giving a straight forward answer.

I personally wouldn’t but if someone were to force me to try it out I’d spray with something like plasti-dip clear rubber, a few coats of it and let it really cure in between coats. If you can find an aquarium safe epoxy even better.
The main problem would be the paint leeching out and slowly killing your fish/inverts and you have no idea it’s happening until it’s too late. Chances are low but better safe than sorry
