I added moved her to this tank about a day ago because she seemed stressed in her original tank. I got her about 5 days ago. This tank previously had another Betta, that was absolutely fine and chill in this tank for over a month.
What could I do to help?

Well moving to a new tank could sometimes be stressful, Mahbe turn off the lights for a day and see if anything changes
Would be worth checking the water parameters if you’ve got a liquid test kit to isolate it to just new tank stress as opposed to something else.
