Has anyone delt with replacing Mitchell reels handles
Does it have to be a certain one cause I can’t find any that fit and all the ones on eBay are like $30ish

I have not dealt with a missing handle, but I did lose the bolt that screws into the reel opposite the handle on my Mitchell 308 pro. I took it to a local outdoors store and they fixed it up for me, I dont think they used any Mitchell parts just pulled something from a generic parts bin. So I would probably give that a shot, and if it doesn’t work time to upgrade! I have not been at all impressed with my Mitchell compared to my Daiwas and Shimanos.

Off topic but How is the reel overall?? I was looking at. Mitchell 310 for an UL setup and couldn’t find any reviews on it

Never needed a handle replacement. And if it came to it, I’d probably just buy a new reel because, as you found out, replacing the handle alone is prohibitively expensive. Unless it’s for a very expensive reel… Not the case here
