Hi all,
doing a water change and this is my oldest tank inhabitant who came with the tank originally over a year ago. She is very shy and keeps to the back so I have missed this until now.
Any advice on what she has and best course of treatment. I am setting up a hospital tank now and will separate her as soon as I can catch her.
She could be over 2 years old.

I see some sort of white patch on his forehead, if so probably fungal infection. Methylene blue could fix it.
