Hey guys just got a new St.Croix spinning rod from Academy on sale for $70, what are some good recommendations for a good spinning reel to throw on it. Preferably under $150 or around there, just for bass fishing ponds and lakes. Thanks for the help!

Shimano nasci 2500 would pair great.
Daiwa exceler fuego regal lt. If you are only doing freshwater regal lt. Shimano sahara or nasci. I recommend sahara. Only brands I use personally but to each their own
