Was watching lure action videos on YouTube and have never seen this before.
The gobies seem to be following the lure. It seems like that would further increase your chances of a bass hitting the tube. Pretty cool.

Gobies in my area follow / bite EVERYTHING.
Mepps Spinners, Wacky Worms, Night crawlers chunks, Whopper Ploppers… they DNGAF
I wouldn’t take this as an indication of THIS particular lure being special. Yes the gobies are following it and are about the same size/color, but they follow things by default. They didn’t get to be horribly invasive by being picky.
