Hi all! Looking for some help figuring out if this is a legit fukushima rod. got rod and reel at a consignment store and was able to ID the reel as a brazilian brand called AF (Albatroz Fishing) model is called CARDEAL and is a 3 ball bearing graphite reel and seems to be more than decent. The rod is Labeled “fukushima” where the reel sits but i can’t find a “made in japan” print on it. Rod feels pretty sturdy and has great action. curious if it’s gonna break on me day one. whole set plus lures was only 20$ at a local sports consignment shop and the reel is definitely worth more than that alone but it’d be cool if it was actually a Fukushima made rod. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂
