Is this dermocystidium? A parasite? Any help or advice is welcome. Took her home and she is in quarantine. (These are NOT my hands, I have only touched her with gloves on)

Yes, a really bad case of dermocystidium. That poor fish.
No real treatment, just keep water parameters as close to perfect as possible.
