Brand new to using a fly rod so I was practicing my cast, started pulling my line back after a drift and felt it fight back, 6wt was apparently too much for even this beast. Pretty sure it’s a coho that got stocked in January. Still felt good, old glass rod my dad bought decades ago and never used finally got its first fish.
