Just got into ice fishing this year so I’m trying to have fun while keeping it budget friendly. I picked up some skis off marketplace and built them into a sled to carry the folding shelter I also picked up. The frame is an old steel desk I had which makes for great lightweight strength. I added a plywood deck too.She turned out pretty sweet but I need to add some mods to carry more gear on top.
