He's been doing this since like an hour and i dont know why. Hes new in rhe aquarium (its his second day), i used to have another betta in the exact same aquarium, with the same lights, filter, everything and this never happened to me before. What should i do? Is going to stop some day?

He might be seeing his own reflection, mine does this and I found that covering 3/4 sides with very low light is the only way he doesn’t even catch a glimpse. Some males are just really aggressive
Fighting his reflection. Try some (Black) paper sheets on that spots of the Glas where this happens, or Change the Light/Position.
Otherwise he get stressed over Time and Die early
