This sub has been instrumental in me finally finding sustainable success with this hobby. When I started I had gravel and fake plants and had no idea how to keep any fish or plants alive.

Through all my research on youtube and advice from people on this sub, I can proudly say that this 20 long tank, plants, and fish have been happy and healthy for about a year now.

The fish are (4) native Seminole kilifish that I caught in a net, there are a few native snails that live in the substrate and only surface on rare occasions, and most of the plants and hardscape I have found as well, minus a couple of pieces. I used the father fish method mostly, but I have a hob filter and bubbler as well.

I feel like I want more plants but I dont know what I should get, or if I should just leave it as is. Im willing to purchase something but I dont know if I need it. I dont want to crowd it too much for my school, but they are prey fish and I know they might like some more places to hide.

Just wondering what others would do for this tank. I have a good amount of real estate for plants in the front half of the tank.
