Aquariums: Basement dweller leaves his room part 2

This is a super abnormal feeding for him and I'm so glad I caught it on camera. Usually he doesn't leave his little crevices but I guess shrimp overrides his entire biology. It's a great display of why I won't hand feed him, you can see how quickly his xenomorph-like jaws work with bigger food items

Wish he didn't have to dislodge half of my ferns to do it but w/e 🫠
