After fishing ultralight for perch/pike for 7 years, i decided that my shimano technium 1000FD reel could use some competition.
So i now have the following reels, from top left to bottom right:
– Mitchell advanced mag pro lite 500 (as new)
– Mitchell advanced mag pro lite 1000 (as new)
– Kastking valiant pro 2 BFS reel, to try BFS 🤷🏻 (Temu bfs rod to go with it )
– Penn clash 2 1000
– Shimano technium 1000FD (
– Abu Garcia MG-X2500MS for heavier spinning, but damn this thing is small and light 😮
Cant wait to try these out in the new season.
Still doubting on some new rods, or keep the ones i have🫠
Do you guys have experience with one of these reels?
