FYC, the Hobie anchor trolley has the same size thread pitch hardware as the waterproof rivnuts on stock ocean kayak prowlers.

I was able to mount my front pulley & two guides without drilling.

I drilled the stern but if you're not particular you could probably just use the riv nut that the rearmost bungee eye sits on. It just wasn't close enough to the rear for my taste

Primary purpose of this trolley is bait tank/fish clip management. I think drilling may be a (tad) stronger, but there's not enough load on it to make me worried about it. If I end up anchoring, I'll probably run a second on the other side and have it come as close to the rear of the boat as I can get it.
