First time attempting to make a rig for catfish. I know i shouldn’t have used a crank bait but I have removed the treble hooks for alternative use. I will be adding a floatation bead at bottom just above the hook to make sure the bait is suspended above the waterbed. Don’t want to spend the money on chunksrig website so figured I’d give it a go. Thanks for any advice.

It looks like when I pull out the one crank bait I want to use but then have to take 5 minutes to untangle the other 6 that are somehow welded to it. Last night was the 1st time I tried tying my own finesse jigs…… I don’t judge 🤣
If anything it looks like more a walleye bait
