I've had my betta for a year now and she's usually very active and she loves to play. Recently I've noticed she's more lethargic and spends time at the bottom of the tank, and shes been sinking sometimes in the past few days like in the photo. Is this swim bladder disease or is she just have indigestion?!

In the image the fish is positioned vertically with its head pointed upwards and its tail hanging down This specific vertical hang or nose up posture is a primary behavioral sign that a betta cannot maintain neutral buoyancy which is the main function of the swim bladder
