Please I need some advice for what our new pet needs to buy it, also which are the conditions (and how we can create them), care and materials we need to give him an optimal life, our tenant just left him in our house and now we want to take care of him, at least we have his food. We don't know anything about fish or fish tanks. He has about a year old, his name is Red.

Yeah, that’s the smalles vase I’ve ever seen a betta in. He needs at least a 5 gallon tank, ASAP. Jesus, if you can’t get it right away, a bucket will work, so he doesn’t swim in his own shitty water. Ha also needs a heater (minimum temperature 25°C). Please, please, get him out of there 🙏 I’m suprised he survived, he can’t even move.

Whatever you do do not change his water without getting seachem prime conditioner to get the chlorine and chlorime out of the water
it ironically looks fairly healthy and very beautiful! name it miracle
Buy blood worms frozen or dried. Give 5 to 6 pieces on alternate days or daily. You can’t buy a smaller tank or a fish bowl that will be fine for Betta. Change 20% water only once a week.
