i was only gone for a day. i come home and she’s no where to be found for 2 hours then i move the filter and she’s swimming very lethargically and at an angle.

Filter flow looks really strong, could be really tired as well

Have her fast one day per week and reduce her food portions on the other days, she looks a bit overweight.
Most importantly, reduce the flow of the filter because she looks very tired.
