I’m concerned by the little white pieces in the front. They don’t look fuzzy or anything. He also has some tears probably from a driftwood that has now been removed. I feel like I’ve been staring at him for so long that I can’t tell if it’s rot or just a tear or new growth.

It’s a bit jagged but I do see lots of clear edges which is new growth, I’d keep an eye on the tears but for now I think he’s okay? I’ll leave further info to someone more educated
He looks good! And aww, he has a curled peck fin like my Boi.
That looks like our orange Betta. Ours likes to wrap around the filter intake. It’s a constant issue keeping his fins healthy. I’ll try to post a pic or two.
I don’t think it’s fin rot btw
