I recently got a vortex pro cabin from otter and am enjoying it so far other then I can’t seem to get it to pack down properly. The middle hub sticks out quite a bit and I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or??

That’s how it’s supposed to be.
Tents will Almsot never pack away the same way it was when you pulled it out of the box lol.

I’m guessing one of the poles or more of the poles is twisted.
