Hello everyone,
I bought myself some real beginner gear to go fishing. I have never really been fishing in my life, but i’m planning on going to Norway and I would like to try and catch and cook my own fish.
Does anyone have any tips for my regarding my gear or just tips in general?

Ps. I know the gear isn’t great, but I tought it might be a good starting point…

Make sure that you bring enough food. You might not catch anything at all.
I am not familiar with the fishing in Norway, but it seems like your choice of line is way too heavy for just starting out.
