I’ve had him since yesterday but I was really wondering if he’s happy. He’s living in a 40 liters tank with other shrimps but he’s friendly about them. I tested the water and it’s perfect. He is swimming around most of the time and also hiding a lot behind the plants. In the last slide is a photo of him from yesterday, I couldn’t make out a color difference. But I can see a bump on his stomach. Also the aquarium isn’t dirty it’s the tank itself it’s old and scratched 😔

This is a really good set up. If your tank is clean and stable enough to keep shrimp in , your betta is absolutely going to be happy.
Color glow ups take 2 or more weeks after introducing into a healthy environment. Just give it some time.
