My two sons and I started a tradition of adding a sticker to our boat any time we catch a new species. It's been fun targeting the different kinds of fish and teaching them how necessary different techniques and tackle are needed to hook and land em. Got to add the striper decal a few days ago, my 9 year old was the first to bring one in on our first attempt at trying to catch them.
Still have crappie, small mouth and carp decals waiting to be put on!
P.s. yes the trout and blue gill decal positioning drives me nuts too đ

Iâm cracking up tho thinking about adding one for every fish caught like a victory mark on a military plane. Iâd go out for channels on the Mississippi and come back with my boat covered from bow to stern in drum and bullhead stickers đ
