A week ago my 90gallon started leaking pretty bad, so I rushed and drained half the water, set up a rubber made with substrate and tank water, heater, filter, the whole deal.

Found a great deal on 55 gallon starter tanks, bought two and got one of the new filters on the Rubbermaid right away.

Today the new stand came in, put it together, bolted it to the wall, and got the process started, four hours later and it’s done, all my fish are moved, water levels are perfect, and I think it’s going to work. I added a second 55g filter and the fish seem to like it.

  1. Very nice work! How much did you get the new tank for?

Really sucks having to move so much so fast, 90 gallons is alot, hope it didn’t leak too much water, but at least it didn’t break catastrophically

Amazing work getting this thing setup again. It’s hard making the best out of a leak but you seem to have done rather well!
