Set up a new 130 litre aquarium this week.
Added some Arka Special Blend to get the cycle going. It says to add on day one and then day eight, but I'm unsure if this is guidance for cycling or ongoing dosing.
Any advice on cycling?
Running a small surface skimmer for biofilm and a small hang on filter with sponges and bioballs.

If you’re using Special Blend to “speed up” your cycle, yes, just dose it normally. It will help stabilize your tank quicker. I would still treat it like any other cycling process, and not rush putting fish in there.
