I got him 2days ago and water parameters is good and he doesn’t have any tank mates just shrimp. Please help how to re grow his fina? and I don’t know if its fin rot?

What are the actual water parameters? What are you using to test? How long ago was the tank established?

It could be nipping, but it also could be the decorations. You gotta make sure nothing has sharp edges because those fins are SENSITIVE. Also, fins don’t regrow fast, they do take time. You gotta make sure the water parameters stay good, 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites, and only up to 40 ppm on the nitrates. Add a bit of API stress coat to the tank if you have it (2-3 ml will do), it helps replenish the slime coat fishes have and helps with healing. But don’t dose it daily. The aloe Vera in it helps heal damaged tissue.
