Caught my PB yesterday on a Lucky Craft Lightning Pointer 110. Before that I’ve been doing well with a Yo-Zuri 3DS Minnow and have had lots of fun with Super Flukes too. I’ve done well with square bills, but I found the cast and steady retrieve a little repetitive. Jerkbaits can be worked fast or slow and it’s a little more fun figuring out what the fish want imo. I may or may not have a couple of Vision 110s on the way right now 😅
Also, is this a safe way to hold a bass to take a quick pic before releasing?

Im good at getting fish on lures that arent real worms. That looks like a bass but I could be very wrong lol
Who doesn’t love jerkin it
I love the 6th sense hyperjerk70 in shallow water. I slay on that lure
Congrats!
Its safe to hold like that, its bad if you bend them up and their belly is downwards when they get bigger. It can break the jaw if / when they are bigger.
Cranks are my favorite, but for whatever reason I suck with jerk baits. Twitch, pause, slow, fast, I try everything. This year I’ll change it.
