Haven't seen this before. I fed these medaka 3 hours ago and everyone seemed stable. Just noticed a floater with green in the belly. I've never seen anything like this. What is going on?

I can’t edit my post, but just realized i forgot to mention that i have suspected gill flukes might be affecting my medaka so i treated a first round of PraziPro 5 days ago. Everyone has been fine, in 2 days was going to do a 50% water change and do the second dose. I only had 6 medaka in here so i observe them closely. There are 2 fish that i thought were impacted by gill flukes. One of those is who just died. The fish did not have a green belly 3 hours ago. None of the living fish have a green belly.
