This is my dads gf little gf daughter fish and it is horrible idk how it’s still alive when mine at home is so fragile but I want to save and help this poor fish but I can’t jus be mean they don’t believe they need all stuff that they need

At the very least buying a bigger bowl would be good. You probably shouldn’t steal a child’s pet. Ask the gf if you can use this as a learning experience for the kid.
Bigger bowl or small tank if that’s acceptable to the family, teach her rules about how to take care of it better. Bettas are very hardy either way. I think your best bet is making the best of a bad situation. I know that sounds cruel to the fish but that kid is going to grow up into an adult and we don’t want to have them have issues all for a fish. Just being realist with it.
Jussayin these guys live in brackish water, puddles, sometimes even mud for extended periods. They prolly never see clean water in their natural enviornment. Add water to the tank and just continue to take better care -this fish don’t have clamped fins he’s not that sad lol you might be more sad than he is. It’s amazing you wanna help and you can! Teach the young ones the ways, they won’t know better until you do🥰
