Should I try and just bend this back with pliers or should I get this professionally replaced? If I bend it back do I need to epoxy it? If it matters its the first guide closest to the reel.

You can try bending it first, if the epoxy on the foot or the insert get cracked have it replaced.
Here is a link post I made about replacing guides yourself.
As I say in the post, the guide is intended for temporary repairs to finish a trip. However i have some of these repairs that have been in regular use for years.
That being said,
You can probably bend that eye back. It will be more susceptible to getting wind knots wrapped about it though.

To repair, you’ll have to slice the guide wrap thread on the loose side first. If you can get it straightened out, you’ll need to wrap that foot and apply finish to the thread. I’d replace the guide, but I’ve got guides and materials on-hand.
