Hey everyone!

Question for anyone with general knowledge of bass fishing in the state of GA. I’m looking to complete the Georgia Bass Slam this year (5 different species of black bass, see pic for details). For reference, I live inside the 285 perimeter and still managed to catch 4 of the qualifying species last year (largemouth, smallmouth, spotted bass, and shoal bass) out of the Chattahoochee and Sweetwater Creek. My question is, which of the remaining species can be caught closest to Atlanta? I certainly don’t mind driving several hours or even spending a night/weekend somewhere, just don’t want to aimlessly wander and waste time. Any tips on location and/or lures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Also to any fellow ATLiens seeing this, if you fish Sweetwater Creek, PLEASE RELEASE Shoal bass and REMOVE (humanely) spotted bass. They are considered invasive in this area and put the shoal bass at risk!
