Well you can tell I dont keep puffers anymore. I used to have many different freshwater puffers. I would tear this tank down but I have like 50 1/4" blue eye lemon bristlenose pleco fry in here. I think my assassin snails have gotten lazy.

That assasin snail has some work to do. I had one once, never saw it go after another snail. I think it liked detritus worms more.

Ughh, I absolutely despise the Malaysian Trumpet Snails. These dang snails are like cockroaches, they don’t die! Made the mistake one time of reusing substrate that had an infestation and ruined my new tank. This time around i purchased clean new substrate and tissue culture plants to avoid any hitchhikers’.

Your assassin snails are more likely to go after the BN fry than the MTS.
You have so many because you are overfeeding, which is easy to do with so many BN fry.
MTS are beneficial, arguably the most beneficial snail to keep, especially in planted tanks. They are likely keeping your food waste to a minimum and helping breakdown mulm.

mf you created a army how much feeding do you give to be in this situation. just tear the whole tank down they are bundling like a pile of corpse.

Use your scoop net on the glass. Super easy, soon as you touch the MTS they will let go and fall into the net.
This plus I assassins got my 220 back in check after my last assassins died.
