What would be your final choice in stocking this tank?
The tank is 29gal/31.5in (110l/80cm)
There are already 22 lambchop rasboras (t. espei), neocaridina und neritina in it

Cpds, chili rasboras and a pair of pearl or croaking gouramis.

Plakat betta, should get along fine with rasbora and they like similar parameters. Avoid longfin varieties unless you like watching the poor thing get outcompeted for food though.
edit: just read you have neocardinia in there, nic the betta idea. I would go with cories or maybe a couple of bristlenoses.

African dwarf frogs. I have three in my 10 gallon and if they aren’t the most fun Critters to watch I don’t know what is.
I think some colorful high quality guppies or a beta. Something like a blue, red, or purple to make the contrast pop

That driftwood is beautiful and it would be a great place for a fancier Loricariid catfish to hang out and shine. The Hypancistrus and Ancistrus spp. like [L183 Starry Night](https://azgardens.com/product/pleco-white-seam-or-starlight-bristlenose-catfish-l183-ancistrus-dolichopterus/), [L46 Zebra](https://aquadiction.world/species-spotlight/zebra-plecostomus-l046/) ($$$), and [L471 Dwarf Snowball](https://coral4less.com/products/l471-dwarf-snowball-pleco) are stunning. Generally those species get to about 3-5”, and that is a reasonable upper limit for a 29G, IMO. However, many of the other Loricariid species get much larger, so you should be very sure of the species you’re getting. This may be outside your budget, but to me the fancier plecos have always been a real joy in my tanks, not just for their cleanup, but because when they do show up from the recesses, it’s always a breathtaking joyful moment. Only get them if you have the bioload to spare and a tank that is stable. Cheers.

Some kind of south American dwarf cichlid. One of the apistos or electric blue nanacarras. Their behavior is much more rewarding

Gold White Cloud Minnows and Emerald Dwarf Rasboras. Albino Pygmy Cory’s as the cleanup crew. Can’t recommend enough.
