Aquariums: How to grow sweet potato aquaponically?
This is the plant that I have in my pot, I want to grow it in my aquarium since it grows leggy like a vine. Do I just put the roots in the water and let it grow?

yes, secure to side of the tank in a basket or something, and then let the roots sit in the water not the actual plant as I am pretty sure it will rot

I have experimented this but tbh it’s hard for setting this up in the tank. The nutrients that you use for the aquaohonics doesn’t suit for the fish. If you dont use those nutrients then it will rot soon. You can have hard water surviving fishes like guppy.
