I’ve been trying to tie a 20lbs braid to 10lbs fluoro leader using an FG knot. But I feel like the knot doesn’t come out right for me. This was like my 3rd attempt. The knot feels strong from what I was able to test. But I am unable to test if it casts well.

Looks fine.Over time you’ll get them cleaner. Thats pretty much what mine looked like when i first started tying them. I tested mine by putting a sinker on and casting in my yard.
Does not look bad. I do max 6 overhand knots after the first cinch. The kink is because the knot was not in line before you tightened it. To test you don’t need to cast. Just run it through the eye and see it it is smooth. I also apply a drop of super glue just for and extra step but that is just me being paranoid.
Edit. Forgot to mention to cut that mono tag end as close to the knot as possible and then do an extra 2 overhand knots with the braid. It prevents that tag end from catching
Put a drop of superglue on that frayed bit. The little kink will straighten on its own.
