First fish of the season

First day of the trout season today – went down to the river (quite high water still) and cast out a 3.5 inch softbait on a 7g head in a dark galaxy color just to get this absolute beauty on the 3 cast. 60cm as the first trout of the season!!! – was a hell of a fight in the current as well
