Is this rod manufacturer trying to tell me the rod is like super moderate action? It doesn’t list that spec at all

Not exactly moderate action. What they’re claiming is that the rod has good recovery. Recovery is the process after releasing the lure where the rod vibrates back and forth. The more it does this, the shorter your cast. Supposedly. I’m not a surf caster so it’s not an issue for me. From rod builders I’ve spoken to, having a faster than normal recovery takes a pretty high end blank (like eye wateringly expensive just for the blank) so I doubt something on Ali Express is going to have great recovery unless it’s higher end for the website.
Also the graph they’re showing looks like very slow recovery so take that as you will.
